The King Room had a gorgeous mountain view, but the AC barely worked right.

The King Room with Mountain View offered gorgeous views that elevated the experience significantly. Spacious layout allowed for easy movement, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.

The bathroom had some maintenance quirks, like the ceiling needing paint and some foam filling on the washroom door side. There were also minor issues with the toilet and shower drain that could use attention, detracting a bit from the comfort.

The spacious Two-Bedroom Suite provided ample room for our group, making it easy to relax together after a day of exploring.

Unfortunately, the toilet seat in the suite was broken, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.

The on-site café blew my mind with its OMR 1 breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Definitely a gem in the heart of the city, close to all the food joints and tourist spots!

Now, onto the washrooms. There were maintenance quirks like a broken toilet seat and a shower drain that clogged a bit, but honestly, they didn't take away from the overall vibe of the place. Management might want to spruce things up a tad.

stayed for one night, and honestly expected way better, especially with the uninterested lobby staff who even dismissed my early check-in request, shocking! the room was humid, good luck drying off after a shower. i mean, a complimentary drink would’ve been nice given the circumstances, but heaven forbid! i wanted to give a good review but just couldn't.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the accommodating reception team ensured we had everything we needed and the breakfast area featured a kind live cooking chef who made our dining experience enjoyable. The free wi-fi in rooms made staying connected effortless while the hotel was conveniently located just 3 km from the airport.

The location had its hiccups. right across the street was a local boys' school that blasted music and announcements during morning assembly—pretty jarring if you’re hoping to sleep in. In my Standard Twin Room, I encountered a broken toilet seat that could’ve used an urgent fix, and the shower drain struggled to handle full water flow without some serious clogging. Not the best experience when you’re just trying to unwind after a long day.

The small on-site restaurant offered delicious and affordable options, making it a convenient choice for meals. the room I stayed in had a few maintenance issues, such as a shower drain that struggled to keep up during use, and the sound insulation was lacking, allowing for noisy disturbances from the street. Despite these drawbacks, it provided a decent base for exploring the area.

Exceptional stay with a great cafe experience

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The room was comfortable, and I especially loved the onsite cafe where I enjoyed amazing sandwiches and coffee for just OMR 1. The hotel staff were genuinely kind and accommodating, always available to assist whenever needed. it would be great if the rooms had better soundproofing.

The cleanliness, the food quality, the space in the lobby, the helpful staff – truly outstanding!
